Badminton is a recreational activity that can be played both indoors as well as outdoors. Being sport badminton can also be a great stress buster for many who are always burdened with work pressure and tension in their daily lives. Badminton is also a kind of exercise that activates the fluids of the body, works out the muscles and keeps one in good health and shape. There is no age bar for this sport hence from children to the adults everyone can be a part and enjoy the sport. Being it a sport, injuries are likely to happen and thus one must be careful while playing.
